I partner with youth, adults and families to help illuminate strengths, resolve challenges and help individuals live their fullest lives. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience serving the DC, VA and MD community. I specialize in working with immigrant and refugee families and survivors of trauma as well as the providers and agencies that serve them.
My services include clinical supervision, clinical consultation and immigration hardship evaluations.

About Me
My career has been dedicated to partnering with youth and families to help individuals find their voice and tell their stories. I have worked domestically and internationally doing youth development, individual, family and group therapy, program development & management, clinical consultation & supervision, and public training and technical assistance to both local and national audiences. I embrace culturally diverse communities to the fullest extent.

Clinical Supervision
Individual and group supervision for LGSW, LICSW, LGPC and LPC therapists in Washington, DC
My supervision style is personal, experiential, trauma-informed and driven by the needs and learning style of my supervisees. I work to facilitate personal growth and awareness in a safe, comfortable and authentic setting.

Consultation and Public Speaking
Small and large-group training personalized to your needs
Areas of clinical consultation experience and expertise include trauma, vicarious trauma and burnout prevention, and working with immigrant and refugee communities. Areas of organizational consultation include workforce capacity building, program development and financial sustainability, school mental health and trauma-informed health and education systems of care.

Immigration Evaluations
Client-centered, culturally-responsive and expertly-written
I conduct assessments for 601A, cancellation of removal, U-Visa, T-Visa, Asylum and VAWA cases. Assessments can be done live in our Rockville, MD office or nationally by secure tele-conferencing. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and can obtain interpretation for additional language needs. My goal is the same as yours: to support my client's wellbeing and help keep families together and intact.
